A day late getting the weekly menu up. I ended up having one heck of migraine yesterday that I just couldn't shake for anything. Thankfully I am feeling much better today. Not 100% but at least I am able to function and feel like my head isn't going to explode. This week it's all about relaxing and taking it day by day. Ava started Spring Break this week and my whole goal is to just enjoy spending time with her and not a lot of time in the kitchen. :) So I am keeping the menu pretty easy this week. We ended up with quite a snowstorm on Sunday into Monday. We were projected to get 6 inches of snow and then ended up with about 14-15 inches of snow. Quite a game changer for sure. And not the kind of weather I picture when thinking of Spring Break. lol I'll be posting photos later of our adventures with the snow on Sunday. This snowstorm gave us more snow than I'd say we've had all winter long here. Well here is our menu for the week below.
- Tacos with Nacho Cheese Doritos
- Chicken Strips, pasta, and vegetable
- Turkey and Cheese Grilled Sandwiches, fresh veggies and ranch dip
- Baked BBQ Chicken, baked potatoes, and salad
- Polish Sausage, macaroni and cheese, and vegetable
And that's our menu for the week. Need to get busy and plan our Easter dinner meal menu since Easter is this coming Sunday! Think I might keep it fairly simple...maybe! :) Enjoy your week ahead. :)
